Day 8. Rest day

I'm happy to report my standing pulse is the lowest this year and HRV is up on yesterday ..its all going in the right direction

Day 7

It was a low 40 min one this morning ..felt quite good ..431 for warm up walk..I can see a sub 430 next week ..20mins took me to casino entrance .2 days on is working well so far

Day 6...SUB 100 BPM

My standing pulse was lowest this year at 60 tho HRV is down one point from yesterday ..good omen as my walking test at last averaged below 100 ..


Day 6

Day off today and HRV is still in the 70s ...


Day 5

Decided to do a 2 hour with 30 min warm up and cool down...not great mainly walking ..HRV was 78 after run tho so walking is definitely great for recovery.


Day 4

Just time for a short run this morning and walk test wasn't great ..usual time of 4-34 but a heart rate of 104...must get below 100 soon

Day 2

Easy below maf this morning with my HRV down 2 points. I'm planning to run 2 on 1 off eating with no restrictions until improvement stops ..or weight goes above 11 st 5 .

New Line in the sand ..Day 1

Starting back on proper Maf training at the start of 2013..My average pace has regressed back to 14.30min/mile pace at 117 bpm.My goal this year is to run a sub 10 min/mile at120 bpm and get my HRV score into the high 80s...This first two weeks I'll be doing 2 days on 1 off then comparing it with the following 2 weeks just following ithlete instructions.
