Starting back on proper Maf training at the start of 2013..My average pace has regressed back to 14.30min/mile pace at 117 bpm.My goal this year is to run a sub 10 min/mile at120 bpm and get my HRV score into the high 80s...This first two weeks I'll be doing 2 days on 1 off then comparing it with the following 2 weeks just following ithlete instructions.
