DAy 79 MAM
Fastest mile was 1 min a mile slower than Friday but should really compare with Monday aft Mug!
DAy 78 MUGDOCK
I'm sure there was big improvement but who knows reached blue trough just b4 cottage in 40 mins ..that's going to be my point of reference
DAY 77 TEST DAY
Not as fast as last week so me thinking I shouldn't have ignored the day off suggestion

Not bad run so so I guess can't really remember not fastest and not slowest ..using my phone as GPS so min/mile to be added

Got a red don't train this morning but wasn't totally convinced ..so tried again and got a better score ..closer to yesterday's time..my sub 86bpm pace was quicker today do that's good enough for me ..average pulse was 98 couple points higher than yesterday
